Radiate Vitality is a small business, we appreciate your patience in receiving your orders.
Orders will be sent ideally within two days of an order being placed. Orders will be tracked and may take 2-5 days to arrive.
Please be advised that every effort will be made to ship orders however at times this may be affected by delays. Radiate Vitality ships New Zealand wide, any requests from Australia please contact us
Returns & Refunds
Any purchases from this website are to be made in good faith. This means you have the opportunity to ask any questions regarding products and for Bioceuticals we reserve the right to contact you, approve or decline products based on information specific to your needs. Thank you for your understanding.
There will be no refunds given if you decide you do not like the product you have purchased or has been recommended to you. There are no guarantees of effectiveness and this can change from person to person and results do vary.
If you have any concerns as to the products you are considering purchase please be advised the best option is to make an appointment to see me in clinic or via zoom.
Radiate Vitality will replace stock that has arrived damaged.
